The Intelligent Accounts Management System is a financial management platform designed to help small business owners manage their finances without requiring accounting expertise. Using simple, familiar language instead of complex financial jargon, the platform simplifies everyday tasks while leveraging AI to provide guidance, automate repetitive work, and keep businesses compliant.
Automation
Routine tasks such as GST reminders, tax deadlines, and CGST, SGST, and IGST calculations are handled automatically in the background. By reducing manual effort, the platform allows business owners to spend less time managing paperwork and more time running their business.
Built Around People
Traditional accounting software is often designed around accounting itself. This project takes a different approach by designing around the people using it. By simplifying financial language, reducing repetitive work through automation, and providing guidance whenever it's needed, the platform creates an experience that feels approachable from the very first interaction.
